THREE-DAY SAFARI
Product description
We experience a fully outdoor adventure in the wilds! The route takes us through the woods, across bare swamps and frozen lakes. On the first day, we will practice driving snowmobiles, to get a feel for driving. In the afternoon, we arrive at a cottage and settle in by heating up the fireplace and stove for the night. We also heat the sauna for the evening, the braves ones may even roll in the powder snow! The guide prepares us a traditional and tasty dinner before the going to sleep. In the morning, it is time to wake up to the aroma of fresh coffee, have breakfast and begin another day’s adventure. Our destination is a small holiday resort on side of the big fell where we spend our second night and have a pleasant evening enjoying local delicacies in a really nice Lappish restaurant. On the last day’s morning we head back to the Rovaniemi and have lunch on the way.
Accommodation: The first night in a traditional log cabin, heating with wood, outdoor toilet, water from the spring/lake (no running water in the cottage) sleeping in sleeping bags, either in the main room, attic or in shared bedrooms, the 2nd night in log cabin/hotel room depending on the availabilities
Meals: 3 lunches, 2 dinners, 2 breakfasts
