To continue fuelling Safartica’s growth, we are seeking a motivated and proactive marketing specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will implement our marketing initiatives, leveraging their expertise to design engaging content and run campaigns that speaks to our target audience, enhances brand awareness, drives visibility and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

– Co-design and implement Safartica’s marketing campaigns via multiple channels:

• Website content and optimisation
• Social Media channels
• Newsletters

– Event planning assistance
– Ideate and create content that speaks to our target market and has a strong understanding of Safartica’s brand and values.
– Assist with influencer or PR visits
– Content and campaign performance analytics as well as market and competitor analysis, to detect new opportunities and trends
– Leading and supporting assigned marketing channels and development projects
– Supporting management in internal communications
– Generating leads for sales through engaging campaigns and events

What makes you successful in this role:

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media, or related field
– You have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media channels for a business or an individual brand
– Understanding of the tourism field and shared passion for travel and outdoors
– Expertise in content marketing analysis and reporting
– Effective executive communication style, as demonstrated in both written and verbal formats
– Knowledge of the latest influencer and PR marketing trends.
– Fluent command of English (Finnish and other languages is a plus)
– Experience working with media marketing tools and programs
– Ability to work both independently and in a team
– Advanced photography/videography skills are a plus

The workplace is in Safartica’s new business premises in address Koskikatu 10 (Rovaniemi city center). Work cannot be done partially or fully remote. Our sales and marketing team has flexible working hours and possibility for occasional remote work when agreed in advance.
