We are recruiting GUIDES for our Rovaniemi, Ylläs, Levi and Saariselkä offices for winter season 2025-2026.

We provide all land services, including accommodation, transfers, and our own nature activities such as snowmobiling from 2 hours to full-day safari, husky, and reindeer safaris from 500 m to overnight adventures, aurora tours, ice-fishing, forest skiing, ice floating to mention few.

We believe in individual, meaningful experiences and personal service and ongoing product, service, and expertise development. Experts in Lapland land services, we are creative, flexible, and reliable, join us for an adventure!

Your work is to guide international tourist groups in several different activities e.g., snowmobile safaris, reindeer & husky programs, ice-fishing, snowshoeing, and skiing and northern light tours. Work also includes preparations and maintenance tasks.

We are expecting from you:

• good customer service skills
• skills to cope with fast-changing environment and under pressure
• flexibility
• positive attitude towards work and work team
• fluent English
• driving license (B class)

Professional requirements:

• first aid skills certificate
• wilderness skills: fire-making in extreme conditions, orienteering and operating in winter conditions
• skills to drive on snow
• snowmobiling skills
• passed arctic guide course (www.arcticguide.fi)
• hygiene passport

If you don’t have some of those skills, we can train it for you for free.

The following are considered as an advantage:

• previous experience in hospitality and/or tourism
• other languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, German and Chinese
• good knowledge of the destination you apply for and its surroundings
• photography skills
