Front Desk Salesperson / Receptionist in Rovaniemi for winter season 2025-2026.

Front desk is the heart of our operations and walk-in customer sales. Daily work at the front desk is divided into two shifts, seven days a week. Work tasks include customer service in email, phone and face-to-face mainly in English, describing and selling activities, use of reservation systems and cashier, and cooperation with operation team and suppliers.

As we offer accommodation as well, our front desk not only sells activities but works as a reception as well. All basic hotel reception tasks are big part of your daily work. The primary working location is our safari office in the city center of Rovaniemi. 25 km from there is our fully operated Vaattunki Wilderness Resort and our front desk personnel has a change to work in that destination as well if needed. Thus hygiene- and alcohol serving pass are considered as a benefit.

We are expecting from you:

  • previous experience in tourism field
  • organization and efficiency skills
  • skills to cope with fast-changing environment and under pressure
  • sales spirit and flexibility
  • positive attitude towards work and work team
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office -tools
  • fluent English

The following are considered as your advantage:

  • knowledge of reservation systems (Travius, Hotellinx Cloud, Bókun)
  • Finnish skills
  • other languages such as Italian, Spanish and French
  • good knowledge of Rovaniemi and surroundings

The contract is full-time from November and valid until Spring 2026 (February or March).

Front Desk Salesperson / Receptionist in Levi for winter season 2025-2026.

Front desk is the heart of our operations and walk-in customer sales. Work tasks include customer service in email, phone and face-to-face, describing and selling activities, use of reservation systems and cashier, and cooperation with operation team and suppliers. Work is done mainly in English but as a Front Desk sales person you will be in contact with our local suppliers, Finnish language skills will work as a huge benefit for you. Our Front Desk is open seven days a week, thus there are shifts on week ends as well. On most of your shifts you’ll be working alone but Levi front desk works in a close co-operation with the guides, operations and Ylläs office so you will always get support when needed. Our front desk is in the same space where we dress our clients up for the safaris and where our guides prepare their gigs.

We are expecting from you:

  • previous experience in customer service
  • organization and efficiency skills
  • skills to cope with fast-changing environment and under pressure
  • sales spirit and flexibility
  • positive attitude towards work and work team
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office -tools
  • fluent English

Work in Levi is very independent so we are expecting you to be able to take responsibility from your destination and make it look your own.

The following are considered as advantage:

  • Knowledge of reservation systems (Travius, Bókun)
  • Previous experience in tourism and/or guiding
  • Finnish and French language skills
  • Good knowledge of Levi and surroundings
  • Driving license (B)

Front Desk Salesperson / Receptionist in Saariselkä for winter season 2025-2026.

Front desk is the heart of our operations and walk-in customer sales. Work tasks include customer service by email, phone and face-to-face, describing and selling activities, use of reservation systems and cashier, and co-operation with operation team and suppliers. Work is done mainly in English but as a Front Desk sales person you will be in contact with our local suppliers, Finnish language skills will work as a huge benefit for you. Our Front Desk is open seven days a week so one is working weekends as well.

Out team in Saariselkä will be small and therefore we train our front desk person also the basics of operations tasks, which will be handled together with front desk tasks if needed. As an operator you will take care of all logistics of people, snowmobiles, and transportation. Possibility to work also as a safari guide.
