We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to serve as the closest supervisor to our guides, ensuring the smooth daily planning and execution of safari operations. Your responsibilities will include managing equipment and transport logistics, booking transfers, preparing work schedules, instructing guides, and overseeing work quality and safety.
📅 Employment period: 1.10.2025 – 30.4.2026
